MVA was in 2006 - just had my MRI done in 2008 the results show the following: C3-C4: disc bulge; C4-C5: small central disc protrusion; C5-C6: central/right parcentral disc ostephyte protrusion impinging the right existing nerve root; C6-C7: central/left paracentral disc ostephye protrusion; C7-T1: disc bulge; L5-S1: central/right paracentral disc ostephyte protrusion impinging the right existing nerve root; L4-L5: central disc ostephyte protrusion.
In summary the findings are: Subchondral degenerative change of vertebral end-plates in lower-lumbo-sacral spine is seen. There is Modic Type II degenerative change of the end-plate detected at L5-S1 with ostephyte formation. The posterior articular pillars and facet joints show moderate degenerative hypertrophic changes with ligamentum flavum buckling. The neural foramina are patent. The disc spaces show normal hydration except at the lower lumbar spine. Degenerative lumbo-sacral spondyloarthritis and disc osteophyte protrusion at some levels described above.
I hurt every single day and don't know what else to do or who I should see.
