Hello, I discovered like a month ago what appears to be a bony hump or vertebrae sticking out on the back of my neck. I found it because I've been experiencing back pain so I took a mirror and I discovered the bone sticking out. Funny thing, I don't feel neck pain but I don't know why I have this..
I believe this appeared as I spend a lot of time in front of the computer, so this looks like posture related. I also don't go outside a lot and I guess I'm lacking some vitamin D. I just started taking like a month ago 10.000u of vitamin D daily, and I plan to start taking a calcium supplement because I don't like dairy products.
What do you think the cause of my problem is? bad posture, lack of vitamin D- calcium? Are there any neck or back exercises I could follow? Is there any device that could help me get rid of this? I'm very concerned..
Thanks a lot for all your help!

Lift se light weights and more importantly get into some pilates classes
If your Male then know this Pilates Is not a girly thing to do, I'm a current bodybuilder and I swear by it you will become a new person if you give it a good crack
But basically you know yourself that sitting at the computer will cause problems right? The human body was designed to move all the time except for sleep :)
Goodluck with it
All in my opinion of course
