Herniated disk

l have been diagnosed with extensive gear changes throughout the lumbar spine with disc space narrowing and facet joint changes. there is mild bilateral sacroiliac joint osteoarthritis. At L2-3 there is a paracentral disc protrusion and severe neuroforaminal stenosis. Where I feel a problem is in my lower left abdomen and my left testicle hurts. They tell me it is the nerves that are being compressed that send these sensations. I also seem to look and feel bloated. My stomach seems to be bulged. Why would that happen
