MRI Cervical Spine

Hi, I am a 50 Year Old Female, with constant neck, back pain that radiates down right arm, and fingers feel tingly, as well as pinky finger is numb, and right baby toe numb most of the time. Just had a MRI done. It reads C2-C3 level is normal. C3-C4 level reveals a minor central disc buldge and moderate left foraminal spurring and mild right foraminal spurring. C4-C5 level revelas a mild diffuse degenerqtive disk buldge. No Significant foraminal change is seen. C5-C6 level reveals degemerative disk and endplate changes and broad based degenerative disk buldge effecting the anterior subarachnoid space but no impinging on the cord. Moderate left foraminal and mild right foraminal spurs are present. C6-C7 level revelas paracentral disk protrusion partically effecting the anterior subarachnoid space. No foraminal change is seen. No cord impingement is seen. C7-T1 level is unremarkable. Impressions: 1. Multilevel degen. change is seen. Moderate left C3-C4 and C%-C6 formainal spurs are seen. 2. Shallow left paracentrat disk protrusion C6-C7.
Can any one tell me exactly what all this means? And can it be fixed, so that the pain I have can be managed.  Thank you for anyone with advice.
