Hello! Some of the strange and seemingly unrelated symptoms sound like those of a Vitamin D deficiency which can often take months to get rid of - but the strange symptoms go away eventually with supplementation and/or sunlight. If you have low Vitamin D levels, calcium can't be active in the body - and calcium governs muscle contraction in the heart (causing arrythmias), muscles (muscle twitching), the muscular lining in blood vessels (the endothelium), numbness, aching bones, and loose or tight muscles. Among other disturbing and scary effects. Best wishes.
