Could I need a Chiropractor or orthapedic surgeon?

OK, so here is my mystery illness story please tell me what you think-

October '07- Feeling very fatigued little motivation. I work from home on the computer with poor posture and a bright screen.

November '07- Go to doc blood tests normal (anemia, hypoglycemia, hyperthyroid, iron). They find I have a Urinary Tract infection and put me on 3 days of antibiotics. I get a flu shot.

November '07- Day after flu shot/taking first antibiotics I get tons of nausea has not gone away at all til this day.

December '07- Back to the DR. runs a mono test-negative, runs all the blood tests again totaly clear sends me for an ultra sound.

December '07- Ultra sound clear presses on my stomach and i feel some pressure. He sends me to the ER to check out my appendix. ER doc thinks im nuts and sends me home after 6 hours wait. He prescribes anti nausea pills helps a lot but not cured.

January '08 - At my wits end. Nausea is the same, now my hands are trembling half the time. There were times where I felt so brain clouded I could hardly speak, I would sweat, sick to my stomach, so fatigued I had to sit down. This almost feels like a seizure my tongue even shakes.

Feb '08- Go for another opinion they tell me it sounds like panic attacks and don't recomend anything but the same blood tests again. Said they would call if anything is wrong, never called.

March '08- brain cloud not as bad but the two main symptoms of nausea and fatigue are exactly the same only now I'm starting to feel a driness in my nose almost like it's shaking.  Plus for about a week my neck started hurting and I had pain that radiated from my upper back down to my right arm (wrist). Went away.

-I have been through it all with drs who all think im just nuts. I thought lyme disease because I do feel at risk after two years ago I had a mystery illness (with leg bruising) but tested negative for it and it went away.

- It's not mono, hyperthyroid, hypoglycemia, anemia, gallstones, liver problems so what is it?

They want to refer me to a G.I. I'm thinking more of a chiropracter or orthapedic surgeon.

Some people have told me this can happen with a slipped disk or a pinched nerve, HELP PLEASE!

Sounds like could be sympathetic nervous system activation, likely if you have a disc or joint injury, but more likely in the thoracic spine (upper back). I'd recommend seeing an orthopedist (he'll probably think nothing of it but urge him strongly to check out your midback, and if you have pain there with or without any reflex changes in the arms or legs or if you have a positive "straight leg test" you would benefit from an MRI to rule out a thoracic disc injury. If that's negative, I'd then try chiropractic or even better a physical therapist specializing in manual therapy of the spine. Best of luck. Sorry about your frustrations. In the mean time, try fixing your posture and see if that helps at all. If it does, you've got your answer (spine).

Please check the occipital region, want to know whether there is a tenderness or sensitive, because in this region, there are three neves through, if the nerve been stimulated (like inflammation) you will have symptoms as you said.I don't think you need orthopaedic treatment.....
