What does symmetrical paine mean ?

Hello, a friend of mine has multiple trouble points with their lower spine. They tried some denervation and a spinal channel surgery but it did not remove the payne. This payne komes to the back and upper rear legs when the person stays or goes a litte so she has to sit down regularly to stop the paine.

The payne comes to both legs or hips at the same strenght and location - like a mirror. How can this be ? I saw that the sciatic nerve splits in two. Could this symmetry origin on a location way above the stenosis where the nerves come together ? The doctors said that she has also trouble with a sliding spinal vertebrae.

Does someone know what this payne symmetry means ?
