annular tear and incontinence

I hurt my back in March, and I had an MRI that showed an annular tear at L4-5.  Not too long after that, I started having a problem with stress incontinence; I didn't mention it to my primary dr who was treating the disc because I thought it was a GYN problem.  I have recently went to the GYN and was diagnosed with grade 3 cystocele and rectocele with SUI.  I didn't put two and two together until now.  Are these problems from the annular tear or totally unrelated to the fact?

Did you find out what exactly, is an annular tear?  And how are you doing now?  I have been going to a chiropractor who only looked at my MRI interpretation and said he can adjust it to being better.  I do not trust him any more b/c he never compared my 3 back X-rays or asked for the MRI until I presented it 2 months into treatment.  Please post any help from anyone who knows.  Graybe

you really should research cauda equina syndrome and see if that sounds like it might be you. very crucial that you look at that.
