Hi recently had a C5/6 discectomy with fusion... no probs... however 6 months down the line pain again and another MRI, which I have received a report from and really I dont know what is wrong with me now anyone understand the following who can tell me in Plain English what is wrong....
"There is some enhancement at the C5/7 disk minor bulging of the disk material posteriorly causing indention of thecal SAC, there is still reasonable CSF space at this level with no cord compression At the C4/5 level ther is some minor dural thickening and enhancement posterior to the vertebral bodies and overlying the minor disk bulging Appearances inkeeping with focal meningeal inflammation at this level, No extra dural collection identified More laterally on either side there is some anterior dural enhancement noted throughout the cervical region which is taken to be physiological There is some dural enhancement within the exit foramina containing C4/5/6 and C7 nerve roots bilaterally, but i suspect this is physiological, normal bony aligment no other disk protusion identified cord signal is normal throughout Nil else of note
What the heck is wrong with me ????
