FINDINGS- There is preservation of the normal gray-white
differentiation. There is no focal extra-axial collection, acute
hemorrhage, focal mass effect or midline shift. The ventricles and
basal cisterns are normal. Minimal atherosclerotic calcifications are
present in the cavernous portions of the internal carotid arteries.
There is minimal retained mucus within posterior left ethmoid air
cells. The calvarium is unremarkable. There is a mildly divergent
gaze.
