Help with MRI results

I had an MRI on my neck Monday and I am trying to figure out what the results are saying.  Could someone help me please?  The report is as follows:
Developmental spinal stenosis due to short pedicles is present with AP diameter of the central canal measuring 1.1 - 1.2cm except for C6 at 1.4 cm.  At C3-4 at the right neural foramen, a mixed cystic and solid mass expands in neural foramen.  The lesion measures 2.1 cm transverse x 1.5 cm AP x 1.8 cm CC.  A peripheral nerve sheath tumor is favored here.  The C3-4 disc is desiccated with no significant height loss.  A right foraminal annular fissure and shallow protrusion produces mild to moderate stenosis here.  Mild left foraminal stenosis is produced by Luschka joint and facet arthropathy.
