I was on Abilify for 2 months and it was tapered off for discontinuation. You may have some side effects from not tapering off. I'm wondering what the reason was for your dr abruptly stopping it. I would talk to him.

You can ask Dr or read instructions with the med.
I taper down every med my Pdoc discontinues. I believe it to be better for the mind and body. Less shock to your system.
