Bipolar II in my wife? I need help

Hi all.
This story is a classic in bipolar forums...

Married with a daughter and a very happy life.

Suddenly I discover my wife cheated on me for 3 months, discovering also a lot of sexual behaviors that I didn't know in her.

Imagine, a very happy life, then she knows a normal guy at work and in two weeks they are planning to have sex, sending pictures and stories by WhatsApp...

I told her to go to a psychologist, and in just one session of one hour, he said that she didn't have any disorder.

There were more symptoms... She started to run and prepare a 10k race, or she slept less(doing those sex things)...

What should I do?

Insist her on going to a physiatrist?

Please help me!

Thanks a lot

I am not sure I understand your intent here.  Has she been diagnosed with bipolar or any other mental illness before?
Also, the way you posted leads me to concerns.  You put the inforation out there ina vague-paraphrased way and it make me wonder what you believe.  Do you believe that just because she is doing this she has a mental illness?  Do you believe that this story is so "classic" that it happens in every bipolar relationship?
I am not trying to sound like I do not believe you and I can and will help if you will open your mind and take some time to communicate to me only your observations instead of assumptions.  You did not state whether or not she has been diagnosed and if she has I will ask different questions and offer different advice than I would if she has not.
Insisting on her going to see a psychiatrist is the wrong way of thinking.  That would hurt you and her both.  The reason it would hurt you is because it sounds to me like you really want her to be diagnosed with something and treated for a mental illness that may or may not be there.  People are throwing around the word bipolar these days like it is more common than it actually is.  We make up a very smal percentage of the population and it is not as common as many people think it is to be bipolar.  There are symptoms that need to be observed to be diagnosed with bipolar.
For instance.... in my opinion preparing for a 10k run is not necessarily a symptom..... actually taking off and running a 10 k without preparing for it would be closer to a symptom.
