Please read my very longwinded but I hope informative post on one of your last posts I can't remember which one. I am a teacher and I understand the importance of homework, but I STRONGLY advise you to put Karate first. It teaches major coping strategies for your son and right now living with bipolar comes first. His teacher should understand and if not I will show you how to legally reduce the amount of homework he gets. It's very easy if you know Special Education law and he qualifies under other health impaired.
No, the post was meant for someone else but glad to hear he's doing better. Too bad you can't find a way to fit both the karate classes and his home work in.
Hope he continues to improve.
