My daughter has begun stuttering badly

My 54-yr-old daughter has been diagnosed bipolar.  Recently she has begun passing out with seizures and is stuttering really badly.  Has anyone else experienced such actions?

I have urged her to have an EEG to measure her brain activity.  Is there anything else recommended?  She has had minimal success with some of the meds prescribed - including Latuda which is prescribed for bipolar depression.  She spent less than 2 months before she quit that med.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
