hi! To those who have experience the mixed states of bipolar disease (like dysphoric mania): How do you experience the passage of time?...

Does it feel like it passes too fast or too slow?

My perception of time is so far off... I know when manic EVERYTHING moves way too slow for me, and when depressed, I feel like time and the whole world are spinning around me. I can't remember much of my last mixed state though... Aside from it was awful... Dysphoric mania. I think I felt like no matter what i did I was moving at the wrong speed for everybody else.
