Geodon 200 pound weight gain

Hi all. I am currently taking ziprasidone along with lamictil and topamax and Lexapro as well as an occasional Ativan. I have been taking 80mg ziprasidone-geodon- twice a day for almost three years now. It has made me gain almost 200 pounds! I need to get off of it but Everytime I do I start the withdrawal. Has anybody else been on geodon this long and gained so much weight? I even exercise and can't get it off. I feel terrible like I'm about to bust out of my skin cause I'm so fat now. Is there something else I can take that will allow me to lose the weight, not make me gain anymore weight, and work as well for bipolar1 with psychosis? Please, I'm dying to try anything right now. I'm tired of feeling bad.
