ps. I also find for me omega oils make a noticeable difference. They are a big pill so they are a bit hard to swallow, but have nothing but positive effects. For your heart, and your head.

What you need to do is go and see your psychiatrist and see if they can help you. Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion. It may not hurt to see a pharmacist and double check interactions. Some medications can make a drug more or less potent.

Make sure they know beyond any doubt that all you do is sleep and cry. Sometimes they don't know the severity of the situation unless you lay it out for them.

Since you are taking so many medicines already, I am not sure the following will help. But ask your doctor about B12 Injections. Or at least oral B12 tablets. I have bipolar and when I am low, B12 helps big time. I take 2500 mcg tablets (time released) and keeps me at level (neither too high nor too low). I also take Cymbalta but B12 definitely helps.

Injections help the most, as I understand. I am thinking of taking those.

Hope that helps.

That combination of medications may either not be working or interacting with each other or both. It would be essential to discuss this with your psychiatrist so they could adjust and/or change your medications within their discretion. This would be some information that you could discuss with your psychiatrist in the meantime:
