Bipolar disorder and sexual behavior

My son is 19 and has previously been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder; however, does not take medication.  He is exhibiting signs of inappropriate sexual behavior such as video taping himself in acts of rectal stimulation, video taping friends while involved in sexual intercourse and has been accused by his aunt of inviting her small children to watch porn on the computer.  He denies that he has a problem.  What do I do, or how do I get him to see that his behavior is not appropriate or normal?

I don't think this is a BP issue.  You could try the sexual health forum.  This behaviour is not normal and potentially dangerous to others, especially young children.  I'm not really sure how to advise you here but perhaps someone on the other forum can.

Theres a few issues here: all bad but some with worsening intensity. Inviting the small children to watch porn in my opinion is pretty wrong. Video tapping friends having sex is just a bit weird.. and as for video taping himself doing acts of rectal stimulation yeah.. thats not so good.. how do you know this? Have you walked in on any of this occuring?
