Doctors who accept Medicare in the Central Valley of California

My 38 year old son has been diagnosed with schziophrenia and depression.  He has been on the same medication for over 15 years (respiridone) and I think needs to be reevaluated.  Is there someone who can recommend a Dr. that accepts Medicare in Atwater (near Merced, CA)?

Since your son is on Medicare, he should also be on a supplemental or advantage plan. The plan  will have a list of providers who accept their plan along with Medicare. If he is on government medical assistance instead as his supplement you can call their offices for a list of providers.

I can't answer that hut I hope u find someone.  Where I'm at, its very hard to find a mental health professional that takes my Medicare.  I think its a good idea to have him evaluated too.  If nothing else, there may be newer more effective meds available now.
