I'm Okay?

I thought I was okay, then I read my posts.  I put them to the wrong people.  I look for posts and I don't know if it helps to come in here or not?

It is always better to get your thoughts out.  I journal to get all the junk through my head out of it before I go to bed and I sleep so much better.
Sometimes I take a bath and imagine all the stress and junk going down the drain
Keep coming here to post. We who are bi polar understand like nobody else can.

Thank you. I am always put at ease and feel better when you write back. Again, thank you.  I'll be more careful, but it is not my nature. Mouth and type engaged before head when I am not manic.

I'd say it always makes sense if you feel comfortable. But for any of us yes know that this is readable by the public. If you have a question you are not sure about the reaction it will get perhaps pm someone. Hard to say. I know that as part of bipolar people lose judgment myself included and that if people are in the middle of adjusting medications its best not to go online at all. If things are really bad then your psychiatrist is the best person to speak to. Its really hard to know what to say about judgment. Medhelp is a very supportive site but what we post is readable offsite as well by people that might not be and we might want to think about that. For all of us. As for any question you might have I would think any general question is something that people would be supportive of. Some people are in the outside world more than others. To me, being homebound, the computer (many sites) is my second home so it all depends.
