Is this a Seroquel side affect?

Recently stopped Cymbalta and started takig Seroquel XR (300 mg).  I'm nearing the 10 day mark for my body to handle the drug better, but am having some issues that I can't determine if they are side effects of either going off Cymbalta or the Seroquel.

Problems I'm having on a dily basis are:
.   Extremely lathargic - almost to the point of not being able to function.  I take the dose at night
.   Very "achey".  My joints and bones just hurt..to the extreme at times.
.   Bad memory - I find that I am going places I have been before...but it's all new..I don't recognize having ever been there.
.   Hallucinations.  These seem to have picked up and it can take me a minute torealize what's happening.
.   Sadness.  I find that I'm not really in depression lately, but am extremely sad most of the time.  with the sadness comes the feelings of just not caring about myself anymore - not in a destructive mode - but one of those feelings of whatever happens - i deserve it.

As I mentioned, I can not find any of these things as a side affect so I'm try to find out where this might be coming from.

Please be careful messing around with your own meds.  Consult your pdoc or whoever prescribes them before changing anything, this could save your life!

Thanks. Have done some poking around and found that folks are on both.  I also failed to mention that I have a really tough time with speech until I'm out of the "stupor".  I'll try a lesser dose of my original Cymbalta perscription in the morning and a lesser dose of Seroquel at night and see what that buys me.  Thanks for the feed back.

Hi

You can tell which by watching your mood. It's easy because it happens to me all the time.

If you are depressed then it's from stopping the cymbalta, whereas if you are only lithargic but NOT depressed then it's from the seroquel. For example when i can't go to work because i have no energy, i watch my mood, if i feel depressed i increase the AD. Whereas if i feel lithargic and have no energy BUT i am not depressed then i reduce my seroquel. This is how my pdoc taught me and it works.

One very big advantage of seroquel is that you can play with the dose increase/decrease it with no side effect
