Is this bi ploar disorder?

My dads bi polar I don't want to name him that without being sure but I've lived with him since I was a child and I know something is different . He gets in moods where he's very happy. Then in a instant really mad. He always thinks no one cares about him . He does drink every day and I don't want to confuse this. He is very angry at everyone. Accuses people of things and makes himself angry. Very abusive physically and mentally. He makes himself believe he's a demon has powers etc. In my opinion he likes to see people scared of him . He could choke you one min and the next say he won't do it again. I don't live there anymore but I know somethings wrong.

I would say there is definitely something wrong.  He does seem to have a problem with depression and I want to say delusions but I can't tell you if he is bipolar or not just based on what you have said.  I want to welcome you to the forum and let you know we are here for support if you need it.
It is very difficult to diagnose someone as bipolar for several reasons and it is my opinion that there are far more people out there with bipolar that are not diagnosed with it than there are people who are actually diagnosed and getting treatment.  That being said, there are also a lot of people out there that have been diagnosed and treated as bipolar who are not bipolar.
I would guess that you know him better than a lot of people so you know his symptoms very well.
Him drinking is a problem that is going to intensify any symptoms.  So he could be in the depression spectrum, not bipolar, drink, and exhibit symptoms of bipolar.
It is complicated but I hope that you let us know if there is anything we can help you with.
