I have a diagnosis of bipolar NOS. I have been on meds for 19 years, have had 4 different psychiatrists ( due to various factors of insurance and them moving) and had 5 consultations, including 3 at Stanford. Over the course of the 19 years, over 50 medications and supplements have been prescribed. I do constant research and also subscribe to the Bipolar Network News, which is cutting edge. Included in my medical regimen are Provigil and Concerta, because I get debilitating fatigue and they are also used as boosters to my antidepressants.
I am always happy to get new ideas, so please give me information about your supplement!

I have six drugs prescribed for bipolar but I just dropped three and added one so I was on eight for about a year. Other people I correspond with also take many drugs.
first let me ask what is your diagnois? i am taking 2 types of meds for adhd and depression (these are needed) but i am trying to find an alternative meds (homepathic root)or something more natural. not easy to do. but 8 kinds wow!! always be aware and research your meds before the dr puts you on something. drs are happy go lucky with meds when all you can do is either take them or research them. i have something to share with you if interested about a supplement our bodies need and it is amazing. let me know good luck!
