Mood disorder / paranoid

Hi!
I'm diagnosed with a mood disorder and borderline personality disorder and take cymbalta and seroquel plus clonazepam. I'm worried because I suffer quite badly with paranoia. It seems to be getting worse and is very much fixated on some of the people I work with. I feel that they are talking and whispering about me and are plotting ways to get rid of me. I know this sounds silly but sometimes I get myself so worked up because it feels so real. It got so bad this week I took myself to hospital but they basically told me I was fine and shoved me out the door.
What I'm wondering is can it be possible to suffer with paranoid schizophrenia without hearing voices/more common psychosis? I don't want to have been misdiagnosed or start to hear voices later in life!

I'm in a rush to get ready for the day, but write things down.  Write down exactly what's been going on, what you've said and when and what you were feeling.  You can condense a journal for a new psychiatrist.  Tell them you're getting in trouble.  This is not something they should be brushing off, and it's not your fault.

Good luck, gotta go.

I'm on 200mg of seroquel and my GP is going to refer me to the CMHT if I don't feel any better on Monday. I've already been seen by 3 psychiatrist but they all just seem to brush most of my problems off and tell me I'm not that bad.
My paranoia and verbal outbursts are getting so out of control I'm getting in trouble at work most days but I can't seem to control it at all anymore.
I can't find any professional who takes me seriously and I don't know what to do.

Yes, it is possible.  You can see the guidlines here: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:http://www.*************.com/schizophrenia/c/120/150461/schizophrenia/
If the delusions and whatnot only appear during a mood episode, then it's a mood disorder with psychotic features.  To get the schizoaffective marker (schizophrenia + mood disorder), you must be having the schizophrenia symptoms for a certain amount of time while having a normal mood.

It sounds like you need a med change at any rate.  An increase in the seroquel, a switch to some other antipsychotic or atypical antipsychotic, or adding on another AP/AAP would probably be your best bet, since those will treat psychosis as well as mood.  Oh, and if you're on <100 mg of seroquel, you aren't getting any of the antipsychotic effect out of it, only the antihistamine effect.

You need to see a psychiatrist, because this is bothering you and you're not fine.  I hate it when I leave a room and think people are talking about me, but it doesn't happen often enough/isn't severe enough for me to do more than deal with it then and then move on.
