I journal almost everyday as well. I always recommend journaling to anyone working on themselves. There is a useful mood tracker on Medhelp as well if you haven't tried it yet.

It's very useful. Especially if you write what triggers you when you are angry, sad, irritated, etc. I do it myself actually in order to see what I can do to monitor my mood.
