Pressure at the front of the head

Ok, everyone, you're going to get sick of my randomness, LOL. :P

I notice that, when I am feeling hypomanic and my brain is going and going, I have a pressure at the front of the head. It doesn't hurt. Just like someone is pushing on my forehead with their hand. I get a little dizzy. I start feeling distress. Can't concentrate. Distracted. Frustrated. If I can't think of the right word I think "muffin." Over and over, like a panic.

But this pressure. Is it just me?

No. It only happens during hypomania, then goes away. The harder I try to think focus or concentrate, the more pressure there is. Like on the other end, when I'm depressed. My arms and legs feel heavy, but not so much that I can't walk or lift them.

Maybe I am a weirdo on this one. LOL.
