When I became very sick just over 3 years ago, this site was my lifeline, I got support, clarrification on what I was going through and it was a releif not only to get my questions answered but to read other posts and be able to relate to them and so I new I wasnt the only one. Hope you feel better soon.

I wouldn't consider myself a veteran on here since I have only been on this forum a month, lol. I just had my first full manic episode last and this month. They have not even diagnosed me with bipolar yet, which I think should be obvious by now, lol. They changed my diagnosis to Mood Disorder NOS. I think they just put people in that diagnosis when they are not quite sure what to call it or how to categorize it....
but yes just after being on here a month it has already helped me alot...

Having only recently been diagnosed (3 months), I'm glad I found this forum. And hearing veterans like yourselves say it's made a positive difference gives me hope for the future.
