HOPE I AM DOING THIS RIGHT----47 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN ON BOOZE OR PAIN PILLS SINCE I WAS 15--HAVE BEEN SOBER FOR 6 MONTHS---SEEING 2 DOCTORS---TAKING 600 MG SEROQUIL---900 MG TRYLEPTAL---100G ZOLOFT PER DAY-------VERY ANXIOUS--CAN'T GET OFF OF THE COUCH--DO NOT WANT TO SEE ANYONE OR ANSWER THE PHONE---SO MANY PROBLEMS FROM THE DRINKING AND DRUGGING THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH NOW----I CAN'T DO IT--PLEASE HELP---SEE MY SCHYC. TUESDAY---ALSO TRIED LITHIUM--NO HELP

Thank u susie---i see 2 therapist and have for 6 months---guess i need to have patients with them as they keep telling me they will get it right--not having any cravings because i am on suboxone and u r right about n/a and aa----Thanks so much for helping-

Hi woody,
      Just wanted to let you know that you need to continue to see your doctors, it takes time for the meds to start working so please allow them time to get into your system. Also if you do see a therapist that is great! If you don't, maybe getting into a session can really help you out. Also do you attend AA or NA meetings? Sometimes being in a group that is accepting and are addicts as well can help. You have to force yourself to get up off the couch and take a walk or just sit outside...isolating yourself is not helping you.
