I have swung back to my abby normal self. The pdoc and I have been playing phone tag and I am stuck home til she calls. Hopefully she will be able to tweek my meds by phone since her first opening is on June 5th! I did find out that I can go to another p hospital instead of co lockup in nearest town. Been there, done that, no thanks very much.
  Thank you for all your support. Why do these things hit on weekends and holidays??

Glad you're feeling calmer today and hope that the psych is able to sort things out over the phone with you.

Naturally being isolated from other people sets off symptoms. Try to find something to engage you at those time. Its between you and your psychiatrist whether you need to go to the hospital but if things are out of hand but not to the point of hospitalization you could go to an outpatient clinic with support groups for follow up afterwards.
