randomly depressed

It happens to me at night alot lately I'll suddenly start feeling really sad this tends to happen with anxiety as well
does anyone else notice this?

If it continues, you might want to see a psychiatrist for a consultation. Maybe a mild anti-anxiety med will help. Cymbalta is good for that.

Do meditation ,for 5 minutes .or think something else when u get such thoughts.

Yes but for me it would depend on what factor. I do know as always when medication run out symptoms return which can be at night depending. At the same time for me the onset of darkness (and cold) can set off depression and dissociation. I tend to think its related to light for me at least because it happens less in summer. Also in summer when its dark people are still out and about and active. At other times of the year that's not the case. At night, when nothing else is going on I have a feeling of being apart from other people that I don't at other times. However when people I know visit and stay late then I don't have this feeling so in some ways its related to isolation. Its really hard to say. It would depend on what else is going on and also if it occurs when there are other people around as to what you are experiencing.
