If things are affecting you to that point it might be worthwhile to go to a walk in clinic that is outpatient so you could recieve help in the meantime.
Hi. If you have'nt already, I'd really go and see your GP and explain your worries. You should'nt have to go on like this until June with no help:)
As soon as I read your post, I thought to myself - you must be from the UK. Me too. I can totally empathise with you, as I have had to wait 7 months to be seen by my pdoc too whilst I have had to cope with disabling symptoms in the meantime. It is shameful. What is bad is that once they refer you to a pdoc, the gp's here won't treat your symptoms they will make you wait until you get a diagnosis and even then some won't alter the dose or change the meds until you see the pdoc. At least this is what happened to me, and despite being very ill (planning suicide) at one point I got no support at all.
The GP basically told me that the best he could do was - get someone to ring about the suicidal urges, and nobody ever did. My treatment has however been noted by a local mental health charity who have offered their support. I was told by them that that there are mental health advocates for each county which can help you push for treatment, so I would go about getting one asap. As a result, I have a mental health worker who is accompanying me to the next appt on Monday.
Good luck.
