Hello.. The first posting is usually the one with the most anxiety. We're all like you. We check in from time to time, some more than others and it also depends on how it feels to respond, if one is capable or comfortable to respond or post,  and what is going on in our lives. There is no commitment or obligation to answer or respond. Just remember the forums are public.You may want to check up on the Depression forum, also. You are perfectly welcome in the bipolar forum if you don't have bipolar disorder. Most of us go through depression. I certainly have.
