in-law threat

My daughter-in-law was diagnos with Bipolar when she got caught in highschool running over three girls with her vehical. She has now lied about a boy hitting her at her step fathers, camera secured place. My son hit the boy that week and got in trouble. She is always saying that people are doing or saying things about her. Like a man she knew flicked her six month old baby boy in the head for no reason. She has hit herself in front of my 9 yr,old after she threw dirt clods at him, it hurt ,she laughed. The other people their were busy putting a boat in. He watched her hit herself and tell my son she is having a relation with that my 9yr.old hit her. At some point she told my 9yr.old she would hurt him physically and verbely. Scared and not understanding words.  She did these events in one week, She came to our house saying my son whose with her was on the verge to hit her,no fear or tears.  My son is upset for she doesnt want to clean house or cook, thats what the arguement is over. My son more upset, her laughing, like nothing ever happen. Thinking his dad would yell at him. Then my 16yr.old daughter is at school, taking a school lunch with 30 min. to have went to friends g-mas house and drive thru, Daughter-in-law said the three girls followed her all lunch time and was riding her bumper and flipping her off. My husband let our daughter explain her were abouts and it didn't happen.D-in-law called the cops on the girls the next day. They live in a new home and bills paid fully, gas too.Shes never worked a day in her life and her mom has always tried. Her dad side and brothers have nothing to do with her or her mom. Do to the drama she brings. Theres three or four brothers. She never would listen to our rules ,leaving period blood all over my daughters bathroom.Holding a snakes heart in her hand she said and thought it was awesome to watch stop beating. She doesn't care if anyone likes her its amusing to her. She wants my husband to like her over me and our two kids at home for she BRAGS about him doing it to my two kids and I. OR she brags ALL the time how LAZY SHE IS or SHE RAN OVER THE GIRLS in highschool. She kissed an exboy friend at a fair event with his child in his arms and wife beside him,D-in-law held on him and lipped locked him while he struggled for a long period of time to get her off. She has made these points of hate to my two kids and me, but very nice in front of MY OTHERHALF, plays like a good person ,but people and MY family SEE the hole flip personality of not wanting too.She likes to sleep ,but her son is now 1 and 4 months old. He moves and sleeps less,I figure she not getting enough sleep and her friend who she spent time with everyday ,now goes to school 5 days and all day.PLEASE help me understand this Bipolar and how dangerous this can be, specially with my 9 boy and 16 girl. I need to understand more for I can prove to my other half how serious Bipolar can be to others around us. Please help and THANK YOU for reading this.

Sounds like more than Bipolar. She needs to be evaluated by a psychiatrist and maybe needs meds or new meds if she's on them. Counseling is also a must for bipolars because meds don''t do all the work.
I wish your family peace, it sounds like your at wits end with her. She sounds very sick and probably should be hospitalized until she gets her meds right.
If you need support, I'm here for you,
Erin
