Iud concerns

I have had my iud for about 7 months now. At first it was great, helped my period, I really don't even have one. But my concerns now are bigger than this. I have been experiencing sharp chest pains, numbness in my arms and legs, headaches, anxiety/panic attacks. Things I've never dealt with in my life. I have been reading post after post with people who have symptoms that match mine to a t. Did anyone have these symptoms? And did the go away after removal?!!!
