Mirena IUD and pregnancy

My name is Megan im 21 my son is 21 months. I have had the IUD for 9 months now and i have had little to no problem with it til now... about a month ago i started feeling these awful cramps like period cramps but worse then ever before, i also have been extreamly moody, naseas constantly,  tired, always hungry,and i now have NO SEX DRIVE! i feel like im pregnant but have taken 3 HPT and they have all been neg, i can still feel my stings but only with my middle finger going as high as it can up there... could i really be pregnant with this thing????!!!!

i been on the i.u.d. since august and had my period in the middle of sep. and didnt get my period in the whole month of oct. and today nov.13 i am light bleeding and a rash the same rash i had with my previous pregnancies. i took 3 hpt and the came out negative. i am curious on whats going in my body.

I have just posted a question about this as well, there is actually alot more people than we think that have gotten pregnant off of this. I too have this and the symptoms its very weird. and scary.

Not likely. It has side effects very similar to pregnancy. If you are still concerned about pregnancy, see a doctor for a blood test.
