short menstruation a week after taking postinor 2

Me and my girlfriend had an unprotected sex a week ago, on 22th Feb, and then she took postinor 2. this week was supposed to be her period, in which she actually had period symptoms since 2 days ago, sore and swollen breasts, abdominal pain (this time it's severe just for a day), and some light bleeding in the beginning. The period was considered light. Just yesterday we had an unprotected intercourse again and she took another postinor 2. Today, the period stops, and no blood were visible at all. Is the short menstruation a symptom of a succeeding birth control pill or is it pregnancy? Any response wll be highly appreciated.
