Missed one pill, had unprotected sex

On Wednesday I missed my combination pill. On Thursday night, I take my pills at 10 pm each night, I realized I had missed the previous one so I took both of them at 10 on Thursday night. Friday night I had sex with my boyfriend and he wasn't wearing a condom. I have been taking the birth control pills continuously and haven't missed a day before and I've made up for the one missed day. I just want to know if I am still protected.

Missing only one pill shouldn't result in pregnancy. There's a chance but it's not as big of a chance as if you missed more than one. But this should be a lesson to you to always use a condom for at least two weeks after missing pills if you don't want to get pregnant. There's no reason why you should not use condoms for backup protection if you want to avoid pregnancy.
