Unprotected sex and missed pill

Hello! so I've been on the progesterone only (mini pill) for about 2 years now and am very good about taking it at the exact same time every morning. However I didn't know that my prescription ran out of refills this month (because they usually auto refill so I don't pay much attention). Anyways long story short, i had unprotected sex Friday evening and my pills ended on Saturday and I was only able to get in to see my doctor yesterday (Monday) and get my new prescription and pills. So i am back to taking them now but my question is that I've heard sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days so is there risk of pregnancy since i was off of it for that one Sunday?
Thank you for your help! It's much appreciated

In a pill packet you can miss three pills and you will still be protected as long as they are not missed in order. I think you should be fine however if you experience pregnancy symptoms in the next 3 weeks I would do a test to put your mind at rest
