Birth Control

Does anybody have advice on what you believe is the best birth control?

Well i gain no weight off the depo took me 9 months to get pregnant so i guess everyone is different

I have Mirena iud and I think it's great. It's very helpful for women who struggle with excessive periods that make you want to rip out your uterus.

Paragrad Copper IUD.....I had mine for the max 10 years. You can have it removed whenever you want though.

I was on the depot shot for 2 years and will NOT be going back on it. I gained over 70 pounds,had mood swings, and no appetite. It took my husband and I 2 years of being off the depo to get pregnant.

I am getting on the depo shot (had my baby two weeks ago) you get it every three months n i've never gotten pregnant off of it!

Abstinence.  All birth control methods have a failure rate associated with them.  Otherwise, I'd use a two method approach, birth control pills and condoms both.  good luck
