Calr mutation on blood test. Wbc high. What does it mean?

I was to have spinal fusion but postponed due to abnormal blood test. Was sent to hematologists/oncologist by surgeon. My patient portal showed CALR positive for mutation deletion along with WBC 17.4, lymphocytes, monocytes and “segs-bands”(??) high. Is calr an indication of an MPN? Platelets seem fine though at 350.
