Elevated CD19?

Ive just started seeing an immunologist who diagnosed me with CVID. He ran a full tcell and bcell panel (not exactly sure why if he already knows the dx). I got the results from the lab and all my levels are Low except my CD8 and CD19 which are high. I cant seem to find the significance of a High CD19. What does it mean to have a high CD19 when all other values are Low?
Lab result
CD19 percentage 31% (normal ref range 6-19)

I just wanted to add an update for anyone who may come across this.... After speaking to my doctor about this he explained to me that my cd19 percentage was high because all my other lymphocytes were low. So it is high in comparison to my extremely low labs BUT my TOTAL cd19 is normal. So for anyone who may have the same question, be sure to check if its the percentage vs total.

Hi!
Elevated CD19 is seen in B cell lymphomas and in autoimmune diseases. CD8 is elevated in viral infections including HIV. Take care!
