Mysterious blood tests and general weakness

Hi all,
A relative of mine is probably very sick for a long time and nobody knows the reason..
He's 54, build like an oax, however, in the last 10 years claims to be constantly weak, even after a good night sleep. He's blood results are awful and all tests shows nothing. I've attached a link to the last 3 tests:

I can upload a few more if needed..

I wanted to consult about this a long time ago, but he wasn't very cooperative till now.. Lately, he's been complaining about deterioration even more in his general feeling, so I got him to cooperate.
I read online about a possibility of an autoimmune diseases that are difficult to discover, which can cause blood results like that - but I'm not a doctor.. However, he can demand any test he wants from his doctor.
Do you have any suggestions on his next step?
Please advise
Thanks,
Zvi
