Low Retics with Pancytopenia

Since the beginning of this year I have made a determined effort to find out why I have had chronic fatigue for the past 30 years.

I'm a 52yo Female, active, 5'9" 129lbs (sounds like a singles ad but happily married....) with frequent sinusitis, Pancytopenia, arthritis in thumbs/wrists said to be osteo, fatigue, low energy, allergies, Reynauds, light headed ness, palpitations and sometimes concentration issues. I've been told I don't have RA, or SLE (my first cousin has SLE) but possible auto immune symptoms.

What confuses me is my blood work:

WBC 3.70 (4.0-11.0)
RBC 3.66 (4.2-5.4)
Platelets 131 (150-450)
Iron 75 (28-170)
B12 962 (180-914)
HCT 35.6 (37-47)
HGB 11.7 (12-16)
MCH 31.7 (27-31)
Neutrophils (auto) 43.4 (54-62)
Monos (auto) 4.3% (4.7-12)

Retics 0.8% (0.8-1.8)
Retics (Abs) 31.200. (50.0-75.0)

I don't understand any of this! Hematologist says nothing wrong, PCP says mild Pancytopenia - not to worry, rheumatologist says no RA or SLE, allergist says maybe auto immune problem but markers are just borderline......

Any thoughts or advice?? I'm frustrated.

Thanks
B

As far as I know oxygen levels are ok. A few occasions of shortness of breath and light headed ness. What do you think about the retics numbers?

The white, red cell counts and the hemoglobin are all slightly below the range you specify - the numbers look about right to me, but I take you "ranges" as accurate, and I did not check them..

I think these acting collectively could contribute to a low level fatigue problem.  Do you  have any idea what you oxygen saturation level runs?

I own a personal Oximeter, the low-cost version of what most doctors use when ever one comes if for any reason:  check blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation level.  My Oximeter cost about $25 delivered - ordered from Amazon, but they may be available at your pharmacy too.

Do you have any problem with feeling breathless or dizzy?  Other signs of not getting enough oxygen around to muscles and brain.
