Possibly Polycthemia?

Hello,

I am on Testosterone Replacement Therapy using Nebido (testosterone undecanoate) 1000mg every 10 weeks since 2011.

But since 2012 my health has been in quite a big decline.

I am at the point where I have the following symptoms:

Visual disturbances
Twitching
Hot flushing
High blood pressure
Fatigue
Paresthesia's - pins & needles/burning hands & feet.

I have had 2 clear CT Head scans, 1 Clear MRI brain & orbits with contrast.

My only abnormalities found are in my blood work so far.

High serum vitamin b12 on 6 different tests since 2012 without supplementation.

High - igA but negative m-spike/paraprotein.

On most recent blood tests:

High-RBC - 5.88
High-Heamatocrit
High-Heamoglobin
