Hi!
The swelling in groin following post ablation surgery is often due to hematoma or localized collection of blood. At times it can be due to infection or an aneurysm of the blood vessel. Hence, it is important that you show this to your doctor. The hematoma will slowly be re-absorbed but other two possibilities can be serious.
Take care!
