Red streaks on skin

For the past 4-5 weeks, there have been random red streaks on my body. It started on my mid-back as several really big streaks (see image). They would fade away in 3-4 days and reappear elsewhere, though everything has been isolated to my upper body – chest, mid-back, and upper arm. The ones on my chest and upper arm are sometimes more spotty than streaky. Nowadays, the streaks are thinner and less red.

I've been to a hematologist as well as a dermatologist. Blood tests (CBC, platelets, and sed rates, SMA 12) are normal.

Other notes:
- 23 years old, male
- Before this happened, I did have some skin issues / heat rash and used Cloderm for about 2 weeks
- No trauma, injury, or bleeding
- It doesn't itch
- The streaks / spots are flat (no swelling); they appear to be under the top layer of my skin
- No known allergies

More images from the past weeks (putting it on Imgur so you know the link is safe):

Does anyone know what this might be?

Thanks in advance!
