What do my lab results mean?

Hello,

Just received the results of my labs today and there were some abnormal values that I think are consistent with iron-deficiency anemia. I'm wondering what the cause could be and am hoping someone can help me out or share any similar personal experiences.

Hemoglobin: 10.6
RBC: 3.87
Hematocrit: 34.7
Mean corp HGB conc: 30.5
Vit D: 27
Vit B12: 370

I am a 36 year old female with chronic fatigue issues but I experience fatigue even when my values are within the appropriate range.

I have an appointment with my doctor to review these results next week but am hoping for some insight in the meantime.

Thanks for your help! :-)
