tal minor? or not,

We have blood test in our company every year, last years doctors said to me that you dont have enough iron(fe) in your blood and you should eat meat more, but this one doc told me that you are minor.
In my cbc test: rbc=6  mcv=71.7   mch=24   and other factores are normal.
Am i minor?
What should i do with tiredness and stressed situation that i have in winter and autumn?
What about the foods and drugs?

You can buy iron supplements at the drug store, suppose you might benefit from take a low dose supplement of iron.

I don't have any comments on your data, I'm not a doctor or lab tech.
