Lactation, lump on roof of mouth, dizziness...

I am wondering if I have a pituitary tumor. A week ago I noticed a definite protrusion from the roof of my mouth, almost like a large heavy golfball is sitting above the roof of my mouth and causing it to cave inward. I have facial pain and numbness on the same side, which I have had for years. If I rub the impression on the roof of my mouth with my tongue a bit, it causes my face/front of my cheek on that side to tingle and start hurting with nerve pain. The impression on the roof of my mouth is very hard and noticeable by rubbing your finger along it as well. It's toward the back right side of my mouth and is pokey/almost pointy in one area where it is protruding downward. For the past few years, I have also had this nagging symptom of getting dizzy after looking down to read, draw, or write for any period of time longer than a few minutes. The dizziness will last a full 24 hours just for doing something like writing a letter or drawing for a few minutes. I saw an ear doctor who said my ears were fine and it wasn't caused by anything ear related. I've tried sinus rinses as well which didn't help. I've also had an issue for the last few years of seeing purple and getting twitching in my hands and recently my whole body, particularly the trunk of my body, whenever I lay down on my stomach with my head turned to the left. In the last week it's now also happening when I lay with my head to the right, though not quite as bad. The last two symptoms I want to mention is a lack of breast development. I am a 29 year old female and my breast size is LESS THAN a AA. I kept expecting something to happen as I was growing up and it just never did. Coupled with this, in the last few years I have developed lactation of the R breast only, and was told this is normal.

Recently I am also noticing weightloss. I've gone from 5'5" and 106 pounds to 97 pounds despite eating well. I have never been able to keep weight on nor develop muscle.

I was diagnosed with  L y m e  Disease that I had most of my life, which is being treated aggressively and is where I attributed these symptoms, but now I am beginning to wonder if a pituitary tumor might be an additional issue due to the above issues. Any insight would be very helpful! Thank you! <3

Have they checked you for NF? Thymus issues may be myasthenia gravis?

I know when you have multiple issues, it can be difficult as the specialties divide in hard lines but our bodies do not.

Thank you for replying. I appreciate it! Unfortunately I actually am in very sorry shape :( I forgot to mention that I also have strong vision impairment for the past 2 years. It was attributed to overactive cells in the thymus with no cure. I have waking apnea, gasping, rapid heartrate over 180 if not medicated with a beta blocker, hair loss and a whole slew of issues. I also have a hard 1cm mass in the midline in the base of my mouth (recorded on MRI several years ago). It can be felt and seen from my neck if tilting my head back. If I touch it even slightly, it triggers gasping and sometimes seizures. The same goes for if I touch my sternum or get jangled/shaken, like someone patting me on the back or by moving too quickly. I also have a hard 1cm mass at the edge of my eyesocket on the same right side as this lump on my palate, and every time we scan my thyroid I have new nodules with the pre-existing nodules increasing in size. I started with one nodule a few years ago and now have 4 total. My hands and fingers shake all the time, and if I put my arms straight out and drop my hands, my fingers go all over the place like I'm playing the piano. It's extremely uncomfortable, like a muscle cramp. I have a dentist appt tomorrow and we'll see how it goes. Yesterday I sneezed and it caused the worst pain all over the right side of my head, from the base all the way over to my eye and covering the whole right side of my head. It hurt so bad I had to stop what I was doing and just hold my head. It probably lasted almost a minute. Something is not right and I know it. The question is, is this all lyme or is there something else going on here as well.

The breast issue is bizarre because no women in my family are like this, including my sister, and women in my family tend to have more rather than less.

Lactation is not normal... They should test you for more but it can be cause by meds, thyroid etc so they need to really test you well! Find a good doctor! Get copies!

I would see a dentist for the mouth issue. If that was your pituitary you would be in very sorry shape. The pituitary is pretty far away from the roof of your mouth.

As for the weight loss, it could be related to the Lyme treatment. Unless you have testing there is really no way to guess. You need imaging and testing to know.

As for breasts, that is genetic... And as a person who is about to reduce for back pain... I know it seems awful to be small but When you are older you will so much better off without the pain and will look better too.
